Great for hunting
  I bought this knife to take with me when I went deer hunting. Not only did it work wonderfully (small enough to fit in the abdominal cavity) for field dressing the deer, it also worked well for skinning the deer and for flaying the meat. I take it with me everywhere, and use it for just about everything. The blade can nicely sharpened and has not dulled yet. Great Product!!

Wow Great little knife!
  I was surprized at how sturdy the knife was. I like that it doesn't have large openings in the frame so my change doesn't get cought in them. This is my Sunday knife as I carry a Fast Draw the rest of the time. You sold me on Gerber.

  My husband received one of these knives a few years ago as a gift. He carries a pocket knife everywhere. It turned into his favorite. Fits into pocket great. He misplaced twice and found but last time went into bottom of lake. He was so upset.we looked around at different stores but oouldn't find this exact one. We even got another Gerber knife about the same but it just wasn't this knife. So when I found it online I ordered 2..

dont buy this knife
  you know ho the locking system is one whole side of the knife well i locked it before carving a stick i double checked it had been locked and i started carving when it folded on my finger and sliced it open i had to get 5 stitches.

Perfect size, weight
  Great, thin pocketknife. I wouldn't use it for heavy tasks, but it's great for light, casual uses.

electrical worker/outdoorsman
  I kept this small knife on a key chain and always came in handy for light tasks.It would have gotten 5 stars for its versatility but after only 3 months the screw holding the blade backed out at the hinge allowing the bushing to fall out and get lost.Now I need another Knife.They should have used loc-tite.
