Shipping Policy

GerberKnivesDirect.com makes it a priority to ship all orders promptly. It is our policy that items are shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering. However, most items are normally shipped the same business day for orders placed before 2PM CST, paid with credit card without complication, and UPS shipping methods.

The exception is items that are backordered. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Payment complications include: billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.

GerberKnivesDirect.com ships by UPS, FedEx & USPS. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard ground service. Once your order has been proccesed and shipped, you will recieve an email with tracking information for your package.

Please make sure you enter your address correctly as the label will be printed just as you enter your information.  Make sure you enter apartment numbers, suite numbers or any other details.  We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you are disatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of INVOICE less shipping costs.To return a product, please email us for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. In the case of a defective product, we generally will pay for return shipping charges. Our liberal return policy gives you 30 days from the date of sale to return any product, provided it's new, unused and complete as received.

All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Items that do not meet the above criteria are not subject to return. We cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the date of sale. Please remember, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.
