Great knife
  I recently acquired this knife from a pile of garbage...imagine that, some idiot actually tossed this knife out. Let me explain why. The blade was all chewed up, like someone had been sawing bricks in half with it. It was chipped and broken. I took this knife and reworked the blade back into a perfect, razor sharp(yes, I shaved with it) masterpiece. I have used this knife everyday since fixing the blade and it is still shaving sharp. GREAT KNIFE!!!

good dependable knife
  i have had this knife for a little over 2 years now and this knife has gone through the riggers a good knife should be able to handle i have never had a problem with it and hope to carry it for years to come i might even get another one as a back up like i said it is a good knife and i love gerber products

good knife bad sheath
  I like the knife. It is comfortable and has kept a good edge. Perfect size to carry everywhere. Knife gets 5 stars. The sturdy nylon sheath on the otherhand is garbage. The snap broke 3rd time using it and the stiching is breaking. Sheath gets 1 star.

A Winner In My Book
  I didn't know what to expect with this knife at first since it was a gift. I decided to take it camping one weekend to break it in. This piece did everything you can expect a knife to do. From a make-shift can opener to chopping up some fish to widdling to pass the time. It also takes a new edge very well and keeps it better then I thought it would. I think it's next test will be my hunting trip.
