Warranty
All products, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturer. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by GerberKnivesDirect.com. GerberKnivesDirect.com is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of product(s). Products which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Gerber products specified as 'limited Lifetime warranty' are warranted to the original consumer purchaser, for as long as he or she lives, against defects in materials, manufacture or assembly. Damage due to abuse, misuse or neglect is not covered. Defective products will be repaired, replaced or substituted with the same item or item of equal value. In order to get service under this warranty, send the product with receipt of purchase, prepaid, together with an explanation of the defect, to the address listed below. It is recommended that you insure the defective products to be returned.
