  My brother has this multitool and loves it. He uses two different ones but this is his favorite. He broke the plier end on his so he sent it back to the company and they sent him a brand new one. He was lost without it until he got the new one. Since he loves it so much, I bought two, one for my husband and one for my son. They love theirs too because it is compact and not bulky. I am thinking about getting me one.
